Resolutions – The Ultimate Fib

First and foremost, a wonderful happy new year to all my lovely readers! I hope that you had a refreshing and recharging break as did I but it’s now time for your life to get back into full swing and for you to maintain the momentum of the good feelings of the new year and catapult yourself forward.

But why are so many people jumping on the bandwagon? Just the other day I asked someone so what are your new years resolutions? They answered: “I don’t have any, I could do them at any time.” Okay, that’s all well and good but lets face it, you and I both know that’s a lie! We both know that deep down you’re experiencing those same feelings of renewal that we all have at this time of year and that secretly you’re thinking: “I’m gonna make sure I go to the gym everyday this year!” 😛

You and I both know that what ever you think about the new year, it goes hand in hand with various feelings of natural motivation. We all know that in reality what we’re feeling is that we know that another year has passed and that another year less to fulfil those dreams that you’ve always had. We also know that you can decide to fulfil those dreams at any time but the truth is there is a special feeling that goes along with new year, an anchor if you will, that can be put to good use.

Use the feelings, put them to good use, if you do decide to make a resolution or two read my article on how to keep those resolutions going and how to keep the momentum alive. Yes it’s true, you don’t have to wait just until new year comes around to create some solid and powerful resolutions, the truth is you can do them at any time you choose…so why don’t we? The reason is we need strong reasons to take action and often the new year creates with it strong reasons.

This being my first post of the year, I wish you a wonderful 2007, I’ll be with you the whole way writing as always and offering you whatever support and guidance that I can.

Seal with zeal! 😉

P.S. I’ll be following up about resolutions soon so make sure you keep up with them otherwise you will have to answer to me…(just giving you some good reasons to keep it up!)

Very true Kavit, we all get scared, the greatest fear is in the commitment itself and if that commitment leads to failure. We’ve all been there and done that, but if we can do it again and again, we will get there eventually! 🙂
