  1. I totally agree with this. This is something Vipassana Meditation teaches also (the meditation technique as taught by the Buddha).

    Learn to establish equanimity on the inside, and the outside will respond in kind in time.

    Thanks for this thought, actually made me stop and think and helped me re-center myself.
