How did your 30 challenge for March go?
I hope that whatever you did, pushing yourself over 30 days proved to be beneficial. I would recommend it to anyone.
Pushing yourself to complete a task over a set period of time is the ideal way to become focussed. If you decide to do something over 30 days concentrate all your energies on it you will be amazed at the results.
You can start a 30 day challenge at any time you choose. It doesn’t just have to be at the beginning of a month. If there’s something that you’ve wanted to achieve or complete or if it’s something which has fallen to the wayside, do it now. Make it a priority for 30 days.
Just get it done and don’t let anything get in your way!
For the next few months I’m going to doing a few 30 day challenges. I’m going to be tackling the things I’ve put off for many years.
When I started these 30 day challenges at the beginning of the year I didn’t just want to do the fun and crazy ones, I also wanted to see what I do with the things I’d neglected.
So for April, May, June and July I’m focussing on a few challenges that are quite personal to me. I’ve decided not to mention what they are things I only want to talk about once I’ve completed them.
There is a caveat to all of this. When you take up a challenge you’ll be tested. Distractions and temptations will appear in many guises. It’s up to you to ensure you stick to your plan no matter how sweet and delicious they may appear.
Every time you say no you’ll gain some discipline and strength. Keep saying yes to your challenge and no to the distractions.
Good luck! 🙂
