  1. Fantastic post, even I do say so myself, lol. In all seriousness, I hope the list helps people find purpose and achieve their dreams in life. The power of the written word is undeniable. I always say: read, absorb and apply, especially if it’s been helpful. But, there is another step; the responsibility to tell others, especially if they’re going through a bad patch. Who knows, it could turn out to be a life-saver.

      Absolutely – I couldn’t agree with you more and I also, finished my last book , and I’m onto Day of Mindfulness, that book couldn’t have come along at a better time.

      It’s a topic which I’ve been thinking about a lot lately and I truly think you’ve done a superb job of conveying your message in the book. I’m loving every second of it! 🙂
