That’s four, no, make that five compliments I’ve had now over the last two weeks from people saying that I’ve lost a huge amount of weight. I haven’t changed my diet significantly, I haven’t exercised more, the only real change has been that I’ve added in the breathing exercises. I’m fairly sure that my weight hasn’t acutally gone down either but maybe my body shape has changed or even gained muscle mass and burned fat. I’m quite intrigued now to see what the end result will be at the end of the 30 days!
I’m really enjoying doing the breathing exercises while driving and there’s something else I’ve not noticed while doing them. I’ve noticed that doing them while driving, I naturally feel much calmer and I drive a lot slower; not quite to the point where you can call me miss daisy just yet! 😆 I’m finding a great way of just being more at peace and I tend to drive more consciously rather than just being on auto pilot. If driving stresses you out then it’s definitely something to try out!
