Stop what you’re doing and go and watch the Heal Documentary on Netflix. Although it’s been around since 2017, it’s only just recently appeared on the streaming service, and I highly recommend that you go and watch it.
If you’re like me, you’ll learn plenty. However it probably doesn’t all necessarily stick. Although it’s an area I’ve explored in the past, it was a beautiful reminder for me, of what I’ve known all along, and that is that we have the power to heal ourselves.
Not only do we have the power to heal ourselves, we often are at the root cause many of the health issues that face humanity.
Heal Documentary – Netflix
You will find some incredible people on the heal documentary. Figures like Deepak Chopra, Anita Moorjani and a whole raft of other scientists, healers, teachers etc. All explaining the power of the mind over the body and the ability we have to heal ourselves.
In fact, it’s not just about healing, but understanding that stress, and our thoughts, are often the root cause of a huge amount of 21st Century health conditions.
I can share conclusively first hand on how powerful the effect the mind is on the body. Just last night I was struggling with knee pain but last night I went to bed with the thought ‘by tomorrow my knee will be healed’. I awoke this morning, and my knee was 80% better.
There are some out there who would criticise some of the speakers on the documentary however, it wasn’t so long ago that some people were criticising ‘What The Health‘ when it first came out in 2017.
Yet, it was on mainstream news recently, to get people to drastically cut down the amount of meat they consume. I’m fairly certain it was the documentary that was the cause of that. So it was job done!
Although I wish I could say the Heal Documentary was brilliant, it wasn’t quite. The information could have been more coherent, but the key message is there and easily digestible. So if you haven’t done so already, make sure you go and watch it!
