Smoothies – The Awesome Way To Boost Your Energy And Vitality
Aint no better, darn tootin’ way, to boost your health and vitality then there is by adding some ‘yummy yummy I got love in my tummy’ smoothies to your diet. 😆
My good friend Milan Bakrania – Author of the books Human and The Emissary has just released his new book – 20 Naturally Powerful Smoothies.
I’m telling you as for the next 24 hours – you can get the book, ABSOLUTELY FREE! That’s only for the next 24 hours though, so grab your copy while you can! (And if you like leave Milan a kind review on his page
To tell you more about it – over to Milan…
We’re always on the move. Even in the era of high-speed technology. Work, family, friends, holidays, the list doesn’t end.
In this chaos it’s imperative to take out time for ourselves. One way to do this is to consciously monitor what passes our lips, after all, your body is your temple, and there’s no benefit to be had from defiling it with foods that are bad for you.
Smoothies are a great way of taking in nutrients easily and quickly, but if they are made from the wrong ingredients you will end up taking in too many calories which will eventually find their way to your hips and stomach.
Smoothies should not contain refined sugar, full stop. If you’ve read my previous e-book titled The Secrets of Sugar, you’ll know that refined sugar has never been our best friend. I’ve come across many recipes where sugar is a standard ingredient in a smoothie.
This means people are literally consuming a meal-and-a-half in a drink on top of eating dinner, unknowingly developing a double chin. And that’s where this e-book came into being.
Inside you’ll find 20 recipes based on natural ingredients (namely fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds) to help in weight loss, muscle gain, detox, sleep and more.
Even with the use of fresh ingredients, certain smoothies can still be considered a meal, and so calorie information has been added for each ingredient to help you monitor your daily intake.
If you feel sluggish or run-down, the reason may not just be stress or work it could be your diet. Eating fresh, clean foods has come into the spotlight in recent decades, especially with an increase in obesity worldwide.
In addition to explaining the best methods for making a smoothie, this e-book contains useful tips for eating a well-balanced and nutritious diet to make you feel alive and well.
Available on Amazon Kindle.

Hey Milan,
My pleasure as always and thank you so much for the work – looking forward to trying some of these new recipes as soon as the kitchen is done! 😆
All the best,
Amit
Thanks for the share. I need some recipes for different smoothies. I currently just use frozen blueberries, strawberries, milk, protein powder and peanut butter. It would be good to mix it up and get some other nutrients in there.
Hey Seb – actually your concoction sounds pretty nice too! 😆

Hi Sebastian,
That’s a great combination for a smoothie. The frozen blueberries are great for hydration. Check out recipe 15 in my book.; flax seeds, peanut butter, banana and sugar-free almond milk. You’re gonna love it! : )

I like smoothies especially after having a work-out. Whenever I’am going to work, I also have a fresh fruit juice in my tumbler. Every week, I also use juicer to make fruit juices.
That’s great Jessie. Juices and smoothies are an amazing way to take in nutrients quickly. It’s the ingredients you’ve got to watch out for. Sugar-free is always best. I hope you enjoy trying out the recipes in my book : )
