7 Years – 600 Articles – A Million Hits – And A Partridge In A Pear Tree

Its 12/12/12 and which is not only a special day because of the date but more importantly because Unlimited Choice has been running for exactly 7 years.

There are very few, if any, blogs in the area of personal development that have been running for that length of time. I’m proud of that achievement and that fact that no matter what I’ve kept going, through every blog crash, every hack, and every Google update that made me feel like giving up.

I can’t believe how far it’s moved along in that time and I just wanted to use this time to say a big thank you.

Thank you to every single person that has clicked my blog. Thank you to everyone who’s shared something, left a comment or feedback, those who’ve criticised me and those who’ve challenged me.

Even though it’s a significant milestone in many ways it’s also a signal for me to begin letting go of the numbers. I’ve already begun but am going to continue to take hide away the numbers from the blog. No more worrying about how many hits I’ve had in a day or overall. No more concern over how many tweets or likes. All I want to do is to continue writing, enjoy the writing and not worry too much about how much love it’s getting.

Most of the people who come across this blog are strangers to me but to those whom I’ve got to know well and have always commented or kept in touch in some form, know that is plenty more to come. I still feel like I’ve only begun to scratch the surface of what I can offer here to help people along their journey.

Much more is on the way and I will always try and address the things that matter to you.

Merry Xmas, and a happy 12/12/12!

Amit

Woohoooo!! Time for a partaayyyy Monsieur! 🙂

Congratulations for hitting such a valuable milestone and that too on such a cool date – 12/12/12! Thank u so much for sharing your priceless wisdom, and enriching the lives of those who read it… I’ve never really been a fan of blogs mainly because they’re so long-winded and most of the time, it seems like a lecture…. But your blogs are super-awesome dude! They’re funny, witty, to the point, and most importantly, very very enlightening so thank u for bringing a fabulous concept into our humdrum lives!

God bless u hon. Here’s to many many many more in the future! 😀
    xx

Congrats on your metrics — those are quite the stats!

When you root yourself in value, so many things take care of themselves.

Some people follow their passion, and that’s great … but the force multiplier is when you combine passion + value … that’s where the magic happens.
